Site Policy & Guest Rules
TWIN CITY RV PARK RULES AND AGREEMENT TERMS
Website Rules & Reservation Terms
Twin City RV Park is a clean, secure, transient RV park designed for short-term recreational stays. By making a reservation, checking in, or occupying a site, guests agree to follow all park rules, reservation terms, and applicable laws.
Reservations & Check-In
Reservations may be made online, by phone, or through approved booking channels. Reservations are not guaranteed until confirmed by Twin City RV Park.
Check-in begins at 2:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability and prior approval.
Check-out time is 1:00 PM. Failure to vacate by 2:00 PM will result in a one-half (1⁄2) day fee; by 3:00 PM a full-day fee.
All guests must register before occupying a site and provide valid government-issued photo identification. All occupants, vehicles, and RVs must be registered at check-in.
Transient Lodging
Twin City RV Park operates as a transient lodging facility. Occupancy is temporary and does not create tenancy, residency rights, or a landlord-tenant relationship except as required by law.
Additional Parking Fees
One personal passenger vehicle is permitted in addition to one RV or trailer per site. Any additional vehicle is subject to availability and may incur a fee.
Payments, Rates & Cancellations
Payment is due according to the reservation confirmation. Published rates, taxes, and fees are subject to change, and cancellation/refund eligibility is determined by the policy in effect at the time of booking.
Discounts
Military, veteran, first responder, promotional, and other approved discounts may be offered at management's discretion and are subject to verification at check-in. If eligibility cannot be verified, the applicable published rate will apply.
Cancellation & Reservation Change Policy
48 Hours or More Before Check-In
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the reservation’s scheduled check-in time are eligible for a full refund.
24–48 Hours Before Check-In
Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time are eligible for a 50% refund.
Less Than 24 Hours Before Check-In
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time are non-refundable.
Shortened Stays / Partial Cancellations
Removing one or more nights from an existing reservation is considered a partial cancellation. Refund eligibility for the removed night(s) is determined based on when the change is requested relative to the original scheduled check-in date and time, not the date of the night being removed.
Date Changes
Reservations may be moved to different dates, subject to availability, provided the same number of nights is maintained. Any difference in the applicable rate will apply. Date changes may not be used to avoid or reset the cancellation policy.
After Check-In / Early Departure
Once a guest has checked in, unused nights, shortened stays, and early departures are non-refundable and non-transferable.
No-Shows
A reservation not claimed by 10:00 AM on the morning following the scheduled arrival date, without prior notice or approved late-arrival arrangements, will be considered a no-show. The remaining reservation may be cancelled without refund.
Booking Fees
Refunds apply only to amounts collected by Twin City RV Park.
Service fees, processing fees, or other charges through the third party booking platform are non-refundable.
Future Stay Credit
Future stay credits are issued to the original reservation holder, are non-transferable, and must be applied to a stay completed within six months of the originally scheduled check-in date. Original rates are not guaranteed.
Extended Stay
Extended Stay accommodations may be available for temporary lodging for up to 30 consecutive days, subject to management approval and site availability. Approval does not create tenancy or residency rights.
Subleasing Prohibited
Reservations are personal to the registered guest and may not be assigned, subleased, advertised, or rented through third-party platforms without prior written approval.
RV Acceptance
All RVs are subject to park safety and appearance standards. Management may inspect RVs before approving occupancy.
Visitors, Pets & Quiet Hours
Visitors and pets are welcome subject to park rules. Registered guests are responsible for their visitors, pets, and any related damage or disturbance. Quiet Hours are published in the Guest Rules & Regulations.
Fire Safety
Personal fireworks are prohibited anywhere within Twin City RV Park. Open fires are permitted only in approved fire pits or grills and must comply with local burn restrictions.
Weather & Force Majeure
If Twin City RV Park must close due to safety conditions such as severe weather or flooding, management may provide a refund, future stay credit, or other appropriate accommodation, subject to applicable law.
Right to Refuse Service
Twin City RV Park reserves the right, where permitted by law, to refuse service, deny admission, cancel reservations, or terminate occupancy for non-payment, safety concerns, policy violations, illegal activity, or conduct affecting others.
Guest Acknowledgment
By making a reservation, checking in, or occupying a campsite, guests acknowledge that they have received or been provided access to these Reservation Terms & Conditions and the Guest Rules & Regulations and agree to comply with them throughout their stay.
