Site Policy & Guest Rules

Because Twin City RV Park is a small, quiet, gated property and each site is reserved exclusively for your arrival, we maintain a clear and consistent reservation policy to ensure fairness and availability for all travelers.

RESERVATION & PAYMENT

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your site.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7 to 10 business days.

  • Reservations are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • 48+ Hours Before Arrival: Full refund.

  • 24–48 Hours Before Arrival: 50% refundable.

  • Less Than 24 Hours or No-Show: Non-refundable.

  • Date changes are treated as cancellations and subject to the same policy window.

  • Reservations not claimed by 10:00 AM on the morning following the scheduled arrival date without prior notice are considered a no-show.

  • After check-in, unused nights and early departures are non-refundable and non-transferable.

WEATHER & FORCE MAJEURE

  • If TwinCity RV Park must close due to safety conditions such as severe weather or flooding, a future stay credit will be issued.

  • Inclement weather that does not result in park closure does not qualify for refund or credit.

  • TwinCity RV Park is not responsible for disruptions due to utility outages, road closures, smoke, weather events, or other conditions beyond our control.

FUTURE STAY CREDITS

  • Credits are issued to the original reservation holder, are non-transferable, must be used within 6 months of the original reservation date, and do not guarantee original rates.

SITE USE & OCCUPANCY LIMITS

  • Maximum Stay: 29 consecutive nights. Extensions require prior management approval.

  • RV Size Limit: Up to 40 feet total length, including attached equipment. Guests are responsible for ensuring proper fit.

  • Site Occupancy: Maximum of four (4) registered guests per site.

  • Vehicle Limit: One RV and one tow vehicle per site. All vehicles must fit within the designated site.

  • Additional Equipment: Cargo trailers, storage trailers, boats, or secondary tow

  • equipment require prior written approval.

LIABILITY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

  • Guests assume all risk associated with RV travel, weather conditions, and outdoor activities.

  • TwinCity RV Park is not liable for loss, theft, injury, or damage to persons, vehicles, or property except as required by applicable law.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

  • By confirming a reservation, the guest acknowledges and agrees to this policy.
